The technology
The SCIO (Scientific Consciousness Interface Operation) and the Quantum QXCI (Quantum Xrroid Consciousness Interface) are devices designed for stress detection and stress reduction. They offer combined biofeedback and harmonic evoked response assessment and energetic therapy, The Quantum QXCI and the SCIO offer comprehensive screening and therapy facilities in a semi-automatic computer controlled package.
The concept, what is happening
The system is measuring the mathematical variations of electrical reactions that occur as a person responds to stimuli. The electrical potential plus the flow of the total body’s reactions are assessed. Only multiple channel systems can measure this total reactivity. The speed of reactivity is controlled by ionic exchange, which is demonstrated by metabolic reaction. Only working with a computer can these delicate calculations take place. The computer and appropriate software can detect energetic aberrations and energetically rebalance them.

What to expect at a consultation
The patient is connected to the Quantum SCIO device via head, wrist and ankle straps.
- A comprehensive questionnaire is displayed and the patient’s personal, health and lifestyle details are entered.
- A calibration is then performed which takes approximately one minute. The result of this offers a risk assessment report, indicating whether the main issue may be social, emotional, physical or an environmental factor. The display also includes statistics of; Voltage, Amperage, Resistance, Hydration, Oxygen, Electron pressure, Cellular vitality etc.
- Next the main screening is performed. This measures the evoked potential response of how the person reacts to approximately 9000 items/ stimuli. This process takes approximately three minutes. The practitioner cannot influence what is being assessed. The electro physical reactions are then catalogued and displayed on the computer screen.
- The Quantum SCIO can then be directed to perform more detailed analysis of specific items or perform any of the numerous built in therapies.
- At the end of the session reports can be generated.
Energetically the technology comprehensively covers almost any therapy or item you may wish to test.
Reports
As the screening and therapy progress, results can be stored into a report. A complete summary report may be stored and / or be printed. Also various charts can be produced to summarise information as shown.
History. The difference between the SCIO and the QXCI devices
Prof. William Nelson creates the Quantum QXCI/ SCIO technology. The original design was first used in the 80’s. The QXCI was created in the 90’s.
The SCIO is the 2002 development of the QXCI allowing many more facilities, including double the amount of channels measured at twice the speed. The SCIO technology is able to operate much faster and measure twice the amount of information exchanged. The current QXCI dialogue is at 55 bits (of information) per millisecond. The SCIO’s is 110 bits/ms. Therefore the SCIO significantly improves the clarity and effectiveness of the test and therapy interaction. The SCIO software also incorporates a multitude of 3D body parts. The SCIO has a built in processor in the interface. This has the benefit of being able to give therapy through the SCIO’s processor whilst leaving the computer free for other operations, such as analysing test scores, preparing reports, additional testing etc. Overall this enables the practitioner to reduce the consultancy time, as many screens may be viewed whilst simultaneously giving different energetic therapies.
How the Quantum QXCI/ EPFX/SCIO technology differs from other equipment
The Quantum QXCI/ SCIO trivector technology is patented and quite unique in the way it works. Many devices measure resistance only with a point probe, or use number generating systems. The QXCI / SCIO technology measure the body’s speeds as well as measuring the total body energetically through ankle, wrist and head straps from the reaction to specific items. There is not any practitioner involvement during testing. There is no comparable device. The EPFX is the American name for the SCIO, meaning Electro Physiological Feedback Xrroid.
